Accountancy firms are once again looking to grow and are buying up smaller competitors in order to do so. Using a share purchase agreement or an asset purchase agreement can lead to some of the longest legal documents, and with shorter templates found online, the process could be simplified. However, they are often found to be missing critical information on assets, leading to repercussions.
